Our client, a leader in Pet Supplies, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Arlington, TX! The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience and a passion for providing excellent service to valued clients.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders for retailers, key accounts and distributors
  • Ensure EDI and B2B orders transmit accurately
  • Allocate products for key accounts
  • Process all required transactions within 3rd party portals
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of daily emails
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Review customer scorecards and fill rates, implementing improvements as needed
  • Manage foreign to US orders and coordinate shipments with the overseas office
  • Generate export shipping documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping errors and RMAs
  • Direct communication with customers to uphold on-time delivery standards
  • Review production plans and communicate relevant information to customers and Sales
  • Monitor various reports to ensure timely order flow
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including working knowledge of V/X Lookup formulas
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
