LaSalle Network is partnering with a client in the financial sector to hire a Customer Service Representative! This hybrid position is based in South Bend, Indiana. Our client seeks a candidate with strong leadership abilities, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to members and colleagues via phone or preferred communication methods
- Identify ways to promote products and services to enhance member retention and increase overall engagement
- Utilize various software applications to support member needs and enhance satisfaction
- Aim for first-contact resolution while fostering long-term relationships with members through outstanding service
- Maintain a high standard of quality in areas such as member satisfaction, accuracy and call management, as outlined by management
- Support the achievement of team and organizational objectives
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent skills and abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial services generally acquired by one or more years working within the financial services area or 2+ years customer service and/or call center experience
