As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage high volumes of emails and calls, work with customers and drivers to ensure shipments are on track and help with paperwork and scheduling. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Communicate with customers and drivers regarding shipments
- Build shipments within the TMS system and ensure paperwork is completed
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing shipment updates
- Schedule appointments and assist with logistics coordination
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or logistics-related roles (e.g., Operations Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Carrier Representative or similar)
- High school diploma or equivalent (McLeod experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
