Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality resolution
- Follow up with contractors to ensure work orders are completed on schedule
- Monitor open work orders and escalate issues as needed
- Verify contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with established rates
- Assist in tracking contractor performance and service delivery standards
- Document facilities management activities using internal systems
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines
- Proficiency in basic math and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
