LaSalle Network is teaming up with a leading national grocery chain to hire Remote Customer Service Representatives! If you’re based near Carlisle, PA and ready to jump into a fast-paced, fully remote opportunity, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, open-ended temporary role paying $15 per hour. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound calls about grocery deliveries

Resolve issues such as missing or expired items with empathy and efficiency

Answer general store inquiries, including product availability and restock timelines

Accurately log customer interactions through data entry
