LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer experience strategy for a growing manufacturing client. This high-impact role oversees both the Customer Service and Quoting teams, driving performance, operational excellence, and cross-department collaboration. We’re looking for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional service from first inquiry to final delivery.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Customer Service and Quoting teams to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused communication.
  • Monitor key metrics (response time, quote turnaround, delivery updates) and implement continuous improvements.
  • Align with Sales, Engineering, and Production to create seamless handoffs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize processes and tools to scale service delivery and efficiency.
  • Resolve escalated issues quickly and professionally.
  • Oversee quoting operations to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify automation and technology enhancements to improve the customer journey.
  • Train and develop team members to elevate service capabilities.
  • Support post-merger integration to maintain a consistent customer experience.

Customer Service Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in customer service or sales operations, ideally in electronics or PCB manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ERP platforms, and quoting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset; experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
