Demand Planner / Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across Rolling Meadows, China, and Amazon Distribution Facilities
- Determine appropriate inventory allocations and manage newly manufactured stock levels
- Oversee workflow transfers and collaborate in demand planning processes
- Adapt to and manage the unique and non-traditional business approach for Amazon operations
Demand Planner / Inventory Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably with a background in retail. We are looking for candidates who are open to evolving outside traditional business methods
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with numbers and Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience or familiarity with Amazon’s distribution processes is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable to a non-traditional Amazon-focused business model
- Able to thrive in an evolving environment that requires quick thinking and agility
