LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global specialized imports company seeking a Director of Account Management to join their team due to growth! This organization supplies specialized toiletries to a variety of customers including hospitality, healthcare and disaster relief programs.

The Director of Account Management will be responsible for overseeing the success of a professional services department. This individual will be tasked with the goal of alignment of sales goals with production capabilities, ensuring the efficient flow of products from production to the customer, and driving operational efficiency. This role combines strategic sales planning with operational execution to meet customer demand and improve overall business performance.

This position will be based full-time in Nashville, TN.

Director of Account Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales and client servicing professionals
  • Set and achieve sales targets, tracking progress against established goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to penetrate new markets or regions
  • Establish relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the personal care and OTC products sector
  • Provide in-depth pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies that align with customer needs and market conditions
  • Track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular sales reports to senior management
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales projections based on historical data and market trends

Director of Account Management Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, logistics and international trade regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis and cost management
