Director of FP&A Responsibilities:
- Deliver forward-looking insights and analysis to improve business decision making
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end results to management
- Work with leadership team with focus of FP&A
- Develop financial forecasts and in support of company budgeting and forecasting process
- Analyze business unit performance to plan/forecast and recommend appropriate actions to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead preparation of financial components of monthly and quarterly management presentations
- Evaluate strategies and goals of the Company to effectively monitor progress
- Oversee cash reporting and liquidity forecasting process
- Ensure compliance with lender reporting requirements
- Lead cross-functional efforts to improve reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities
- Execute special projects assigned by the Controller, CFO or department heads
Director of FP&A Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or Accounting is required, may consider bachelor’s with experience in accounting and financial analysis
- 8+ years in FPA experience is required
- Multi-business unit setting is required
- Power BI is required
- Payment Industry – Revenue cycle required
- Demonstrated experience leading finance teams to achieve department objectives
- Expertise in a variety of operational and accounting concepts, practices and procedures
- Expertise in using financial planning and business intelligence tools
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience Implementing Financial Planning
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively
