Director of Middleware & Development Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the EDI environment operates efficiently
- Ensure integration projects with customers are executed successfully
- Lead the migration from SAP PI (Process Integration) to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Sunset SAP ECC 6.0
- Lead migration to S4 enhancing capabilities (manufacturing, trade, revenue, product lifecycle management)
Director of Middleware & Development Requirements:
- Strong experience with EDI systems and SAP integration tools
- Familiarity with SAP technologies, especially SAP PI and SAP CPI, and migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA
- Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team while fostering collaboration across departments and projects
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation, not just maintaining existing systems but enhancing and evolving them in line with broader organizational goals
- Experience with large-scale projects such as SAP migrations and business process re-engineering
- Ability to work with various stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership, to ensure successful project execution and knowledge transfer
