Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of continuous improvement and efficiency-focused plans to drive towards 15%+ Revenue growth
- Build and execute upon a predictable, measurable and repeatable revenue growth and playbook across the business
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all business functions at the company including pricing strategy, customer/employee retention, contract capture and business development and team growth
- Oversee the finance and accounting function to ensure timely monthly financial close, accurate KPI reporting and other regulatory requirements (this role will directly manage a Sr. Accountant)
- Be a people-leader for our client’s organization and empower the right individuals to grow and lead within their company
- Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Lives in or is willing to relocate to greater DC area
Director of Operations Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in private-equity, consulting, operations or strategy roles
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- Operator who enjoys problem solving
- Financial acuity; firm understanding of how to read and analyze a P&L
- Enthusiasm to continue to scale an organization
- Energized by a high-growth environment and opportunity for increased responsibility
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to communicate complex information at varying levels of detail
- Spirit of continuous improvement to implement new processes
