Our client, a trusted leader in the manufacturing space, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to join their team! With over 100 years in the industry, our client has built a reputation for quality, craftsmanship and innovation in faucet manufacturing. This role offers the unique opportunity to work hands-on with a respected brand that values safety as much as it values the precision of its products. As the EHS Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to safety expert for their manufacturing facility in Milwaukee, with oversight of their Chicago and Indiana locations as well, championing safety initiatives that keep over 180 employees secure and operations compliant.

EHS Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Lead and elevate safety and environmental compliance efforts, including OSHA reporting, incident investigations and adherence to all regulatory standards, creating a safe and compliant environment across facilities
  • Design and conduct engaging training sessions to instill a culture of safety, emergency readiness and best practices, helping teams stay informed and empowered on the job
  • Own risk assessments and audit preparation for both internal and external reviews, including upholding ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Identify areas for improvement and drive innovative solutions to keep everyone safe
  • Proactively manage incident tracking, reporting and analysis, leveraging insights to continually improve safety measures and prevent recurrence
  • Establish strong relationships across teams, from the manufacturing floor to leadership, creating an open line of communication for safety concerns, improvement ideas and compliance requirements

EHS Coordinator Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an EHS role, with a focus on safety within a durable goods manufacturing environment. Experience in food manufacturing, logistics or distribution is not applicable
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for safety. Must be confident engaging employees on the production floor, leading impactful training sessions and partnering with leaders to drive a culture of safety
  • Degree in a related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to travel once per month or as needed to Chicago and Indiana locations

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and protect the legacy of a company dedicated to both tradition and progress. If you’re passionate about safety and ready to make a lasting impact, we’d love to see how you can help our client continue their journey of quality and innovation in faucet manufacturing!

Thank you,
