Entry-Level Mixing Technician Responsibilities:
- Prepare seasoning blend samples according to recipes for customer distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mixing room
- Support inventory management of raw materials and overall lab organization
- Follow provided recipes meticulously to ensure precision in work
- Demonstrate discernment in tasting and detecting subtle variations in food flavors and aromas
Entry-Level Mixing Technician Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a science related field
- Strong passion for food and a keen interest in flavor development, food ingredients and food technology
- Basic knowledge of food science principles, food chemistry and food processing techniques
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring precision in measurements, formulations and record-keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and projects
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
