Entry Writer Responsibilities:
- Support daily freight operations and logistics processes
- Utilize Cargowise to manage freight activities
- Input and update data using Excel and internal systems
- Collaborate with team members across multiple locations to ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain a professional presence while supporting a dynamic and team-oriented office environment
Entry Writer Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in freight or logistics
- Cargowise experience strongly preferred (candidates with this experience will be prioritized)
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (primarily for data entry; not formula-intensive)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent soft skills:
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Willingness to ask questions and seek support as needed
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
