LaSalle network has partnered with a leading healthcare facility in the western suburbs of Chicago in their search for a skilled ERP Analyst to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis to ensure smooth operations of their ERP systems. This position is onsite full-time, full-time hours Monday through Friday and has the potential to convert after 6 months!
As an ERP Analyst, you will support the organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by analyzing system processes, implementing updates and ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of our client’s healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, experience working with ERP systems and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
ERP Analyst Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the ERP system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality
- Assist in the implementation, configuration and customization of the ERP system
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures and changes
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure system integration with other business tools
- Assist with data migration, system updates and testing of new features
ERP Analyst Requirements:
- Previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using ERP tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with healthcare ERP systems is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP or Workday
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements is highly preferred but not required
