LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of an independent, not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to continuously improve health care for the public, by evaluating health care organizations and inspiring them to excel in providing safe and effective care. They are the nation's oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in healthcare. This Executive Director, Non-Acute will be responsible for a team of 8, a $35M+ book of business and will travel up to 50% within the East Region.

The Executive Director, Non-Acute is responsible for a team who manages and executes a strategy to bring on new non-acute healthcare Accreditation & Certification Organizations (A&CO’s). This team will foster strong client relationships that enhance the combined mission that this organization shares regarding patient safety and quality. They will be responsible for the following business lines in the non-acute space: Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Home Healthcare, Hospice, Nursing Care, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health Centers, Substance Abuse Centers, Addition Service Centers, etc.

Executive Director, Non-Acute Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team, who acts as the primary contact and serves as the voice of the new/existing A&COs
  • Establish annual business plan and drive growth within the non-acute healthcare organization market
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy on how to build non-acute healthcare organization engagement and loyalty, improving retention rates year over year
  • Outline the strategies to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships and execute on those plans
  • Leverage knowledge and insights to existing A&COs to identify opportunities for deploying new solutions
  • Leverage data to gain insights, track progress, measure success, enable evidence-based decision making and identify areas for improvement in our client’s offerings
  • Provide customer feedback on products, services or new opportunities

Executive Director, Non-Acute Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of sales experience preferably in Non-acute healthcare space
  • 5+ years leading a sales team
  • Proven ability to drive organizational results and elevate customer satisfaction
  • Must excel in relationship building and having a customer centric mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within an organization with ability to tailor communications to a specific audience
