Experience Services Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for conference center clients, consulting on meeting needs including space setup, AV/technical requirements, catering, and overall logistics.
• Manage day-to-day conference center operations, including scheduling rooms, coordinating vendors, setting up and breaking down meeting spaces, and supporting guest access.
• Deliver high-level customer service by anticipating client needs, ensuring smooth execution of high-profile meetings, and maintaining a professional environment.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing event cost quotes, responding to client inquiries, and assisting with off-site event planning.
• Support reception as needed and maintain inventory by restocking pantry, kitchen, and café areas within budget guidelines.
• Gather client feedback and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols to ensure smooth and safe operations.
