LaSalle Network is assisting a client in Franklin, TN, with adding a Financial Analyst to their Accounting team. This role supports the Finance Department by contributing to financial modeling, due diligence and additional analytics for the organization. The Financial Analyst will collaborate across multiple departments, playing a crucial role in executing the company’s growth strategy. This fast-paced role carries a high level of responsibility and accountability, including involvement in projects related to the company's expansion.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis
- Support forecasting and budgeting efforts
- Gather, organize and manage data from affiliate systems
- Assist Business Development with data collection
- Collaborate with various departments to effectively conduct due diligence
- Communicate and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Coordinate with external contractors on various projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in financial analytics, M&A or public accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and P&Ls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Capable of working independently and making informed decisions based on detailed analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Keen interest in understanding the business and its growth drivers
