LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for a leading manufacturer of building materials headquartered in downtown Chicago!

Senior FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with precision and accuracy

Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts by gathering and analyzing financial data

Conduct variance analysis to pinpoint key drivers behind financial trends
-
Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
-
Partner closely with sales, operations and supply chain teams on financial planning

Build and maintain dynamic financial models to inform strategic decisions
-
Develop executive-ready presentations and reporting packages
-
Drive process improvements for better financial reporting and planning
-
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
Senior FP&A Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

2–4 years’ experience in a senior financial analyst or finance management role

Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with SAP and Oracle SmartView
-
Strong financial modeling and data analysis abilities
-
Confident communicator able to break down complex financials for non-financial stakeholders
-
High energy, deadline-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Must be based in Chicago, IL
