LaSalle Network has partnered with a multicultural performance marketing agency in their search for a Freelance Ad Ops Specialist. This is a growing agency with business across industries and they are looking for a rockstar Freelance Ad Ops Specialist to join their team.
This role can be worked fully remotely, but the candidate will ideally sit in the greater Chicagoland area and will be able to go onsite for various meetings throughout the contract. This is an ongoing contract with varying hours, starting in the new year.
Freelance Ad Ops Specialist Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients, managing expectations and addressing inquiries confidently and cohesively
- Set up, manage and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and delivery
- Provide bandwidth support for the team and serve as a trusted resource to maintain cohesion across accounts
- Work extensively on DV360 and other platforms, including PubMatic and Xandr
- Assist with deal setup and optimization when applicable
Freelance Ad Ops Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with hands-on expertise in at least one major platform (ideally DV360)
- Proficiency in hands-on keyboard campaign setup and optimization
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and respond with confidence and clarity
- Experience with deal setup and optimization is a plus but not required
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with PubMatic and Xandr a plus
- Experience in setting up and optimizing programmatic deals preferred
- Agency experience is a HUGE plus!
