This role will be responsible for reviewing and processing post-closing packages, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete, and addressing any post-closing matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Temporary Funding Assistant Responsibilities:
- Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare closing documents for delivery to funding
- Scan and organize closing packages for processing
- Resolve post-closing matters as directed by the supervisor
- Assist the supervisor with additional tasks as requested
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the post-closing process
Temporary Funding Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- One year of administrative assistant or title insurance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of title production systems
