LaSalle Network has partnered with a rapidly expanding healthcare company based in Dallas, TX, seeking an experienced Remote Head of FP&A to join their growing team.
The Head of FP&A will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis and accounting functions to support our client’s growth objectives. This individual will own day to day FP&A and modeling work, month end close and assist in presenting results to investors regularly. Budget for this role is $140,000-$170,000 with target 20% bonus eligibility.
Head of FP&A Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement best practices in financial operations
Head of FP&A Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Healthcare technology industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Experience with Airbase software a plus but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to various stakeholders
