- Handle data entry for new hires, terminations, leave of absences (LOA), salary updates and manager changes
- Create and run reports within UKG
- Provide cross-functional support within the HRIS team
- Work with a brand-new team, helping shape the future of HRIS operations
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- 1+ years of UKG experience
- Prior HRIS experience, knowledge of new hire processes, promotions and terminations is crucial
- Previous HR experience is a plus
