HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, preparing onboarding materials and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy and record-keeping standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and general inquiries
- Support benefits administration by answering employee questions regarding enrollment, changes, and claims and assisting with open enrollment processes
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents and assisting with HR projects as needed
- Coordinate and participate in new hire orientation and training sessions to help employees understand company policies and culture
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to a positive employee experience
