HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and audit HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize your knowledge of FMLA and other compliance requirements to support HR functions
  • Draft and respond to emails professionally, create documents, and support day-to-day HR operations
  • Assist with payroll inquiries and general HR questions, ensuring seamless communication across the team
  • Report directly to the HR Lead and work closely with various departments to support their hiring and HR needs

HR Coordinator Requirements:
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruiting and HRIS management
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA and payroll processing (experience with Paylocity is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-focused approach
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes unstructured environment
  • Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office
  • Work Hours: 37.5-hour work week, typically 9:30 am – 5:30 pm with flexibility to adjust from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Interview Process: One-round virtual interview via Teams, featuring scenario-based questions
