HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Administering pay, benefits and leave of absence programs to support our client’s valued team members
- Leading training sessions that empower our staff and enhance their skills
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our client’s employees
- Supporting performance evaluations to help employees thrive
- Addressing employee relations issues to maintain a harmonious workplace
- Managing the recruitment process to attract top talent
- Implementing company policies and practices that reflect our client’s values
- Assisting with various HR-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the HR field, bringing valuable insights and expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline HR processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to foster collaboration
- A driven and enthusiastic professional ready to contribute to both personal and organizational success
