HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, changes, and claims
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data privacy laws
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
