HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Handle and investigate a variety of employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, and policy violations
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, workplace conduct, and conflict resolution
- Ensure all employee relations matters are handled in compliance with company policies and employment laws, maintaining accurate documentation
- Educate employees and leadership on HR policies and best practices to foster a positive work environment
- Work closely with HR leadership and business partners to address and resolve workplace concerns effectively
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Experience in employee relations with a strong understanding of HR policies and employment law
- Skilled in investigations, conflict resolution, and case documentation
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
