- Assist with benefits, open enrollment, employee engagement and full employee lifecycle management
- Partner with management to implement HR initiatives and support employee relations
- Oversee performance management, training and compensation processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with Paylocity experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
