LaSalle Network has teamed up with a national leader in the Commercial Real Estate space. We are looking for a dynamic HR Project Manager to join their team on an interim basis. This role will play a critical part in managing HR projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and successful execution in a fast-paced environment.

HR Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build comprehensive end-to-end project plans, incorporating stakeholder input and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate seamless transitions to business-as-usual operations, ensuring smooth integration of new processes
  • Regularly assess project milestones and adjust plans as needed to ensure objectives are met
  • Schedule and conduct project status meetings, capturing key action items and fostering productive dialogue
  • Organize project collateral, ensuring efficient document handling and assignment of responsibilities and follow up on tasks to guarantee timely completion
  • Oversee the development of project status reports, addressing risks, issues and proposing solutions
  • Demonstrate and implement HR project and change management best practices, contributing to continuous improvement

HR Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with a history of developing innovative project solutions
  • Strong experience working in a global matrix organization, effectively collaborating across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent business acumen and eagerness to learn about the business landscape
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in organizing and synthesizing large volumes of information for project teams
  • Confident and flexible leader, capable of addressing issues proactively and navigating challenges such as changing schedules and cross-team dependencies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead high-performance teams and clearly convey complex information
