Human Resources Service Center Specialist Responsibilities:
- Resolving inquiries using policies, procedures, and ERP systems while documenting cases in a case management tool
- Partnering with internal teams and HRIS to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Providing feedback to improve tools, job aids, and standard operating procedures
- Assisting team members with navigating self-service and HR technology tools
- Staying up-to-date on policy changes to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
- Contributing to special projects and serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Human Resources Service Center Specialist Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge)
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking and multitasking in high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, human capital management systems, and case management tools
- A high sense of urgency, integrity, and professionalism
This role may require occasional travel and involves working in a standard office environment.
