LaSalle Network is excited to be partnered with an industry-leading innovation company in the manufacturing space! They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Deerfield, IL. 

Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and needs
  • Provide HR guidance and support on various matters such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Lead and support the performance management process, including coaching, feedback and development plans
  • Provide support on organizational design and change management initiatives to drive business transformation
  • Implement employee engagement strategies and foster a positive work culture
  • Advise on labor laws, compliance, and best practices to ensure the company remains in alignment with legal requirements
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions
  • Partner with the HR team to execute and optimize HR programs and initiatives

Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic HR guidance and building effective relationships with business leaders
  • Proven track record of supporting organizational change and driving business outcomes through HR
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
