Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Business Partner. The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, driving HR initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

Human Resource Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with business goals, collaborating with leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and operational needs
  • Oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and succession planning
  • Lead organizational change efforts, providing guidance on restructuring, change management, and communication strategies to minimize disruption and support employees
  • Partner with leadership to enhance employee development, offering coaching, training, and leadership programs to drive a high-performance culture
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, handling performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a focus on resolution and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to provide insights that inform decision-making and support business objectives
  • Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures
  • Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to drive best practices and enhance HR service delivery

Human Resource Business Partner Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred
  • Extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve complex HR issues
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems preferred
