From benefits administration to recruiting coordination, you’ll have a hand in driving the success of HR operations.
Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks related to benefits, recruiting and onboarding
- Coordinate and lead onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee files and update changes in the HRIS system
Human Resources Coordinator Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
