They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the administrative functions of their HR department. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this role is essential for maintaining efficient HR operations, ensuring accurate documentation and delivering a seamless experience for both applicants and employees. Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Address common inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures directing complex questions to senior HR staff
- Support the onboarding process by gathering essential documents, managing I-9 compliance and scheduling new hires
- Assist with payroll changes, liaise with benefits providers and manage benefits-related inquiries
- Apply updates to ADP and Paycom systems, supporting new entity integrations as needed
- Provide support at the front desk, including handling calls, emails and mail distribution
- Assist in planning and executing HR events such as benefits enrollment and company-wide meetings
- Perform periodic audits of HR files, records and deductions, recommending corrective action where needed
- Take on ad-hoc projects and provide general clerical support to the HR team
Human Resources Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
- 2+ years of HR experience, though recent college graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
