Location: Oak Brook, IL – Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Compensation: $70,000-80,000 + 15% annual bonus (historically pays out above 100%)

Position Overview:
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for executing a variety of financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience who is looking to deepen their audit expertise while gaining exposure to a large, well-run internal audit function that touches all areas of the business.
Internal Auditor Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal audits across corporate functions, operations, and compliance areas
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
- Prepare audit workpapers and reports that clearly document audit findings and risks
- Collaborate with departments across the business to assess process efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management through written reports and presentations
- Assist with special projects, investigations, and risk assessments as needed
- Support the company’s enterprise risk management efforts and internal control framework
Internal Auditor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2–4 years of experience with a background in public accounting or internal audit (audit experience required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- CPA or pursuit of CPA a plus
