IT Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive innovation and modernization initiatives, implementing emerging technologies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate IT strategies into the business plan
- Design and implement scalable IT systems architecture for manufacturing operations
- Oversee infrastructure security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering professional growth
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear expectations for team members
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, ensuring stable and secure systems
- Implement and monitor infrastructure performance metrics
- Uphold best practices for system maintenance, network management, and security
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, establishing clear objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors
- Foster strategic partnerships with key technology providers
- Lead IT infrastructure integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure changes and upgrades
- Promote 5S standards within the IT department
- Perform other duties as required
IT Infrastructure Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of IT management experience, focusing on infrastructure, systems architecture, and digital transformation
- Advanced knowledge of server technologies, Cisco networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra/Azure
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security+, and PMP
- Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to infrastructure planning
- Leadership skills to mentor and motivate a high-performing IT team
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong prioritization skills
- Vendor management skills to build strategic partnerships and optimize performance
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts
