IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Administer and support on-premises and Microsoft 365/Azure Active Directory environments, including user account provisioning, security group management, and conditional access policies
- Build and manage Intune software deployment packages and perform regular proactive system maintenance to improve availability and performance
- Provide technical support and help desk services, including issue resolution, software/hardware installation, and PC configuration
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring availability, reliability, and timely upgrades of hardware and software
- Assist in documenting IT processes and configurations and contribute to developing procedures and best practices
- Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems and operational workflows
- Participate in cross-functional and IT-driven projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned
IT Support Specialist Requirements:
- Proven experience in Help Desk, Systems, or Network Support roles
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft/Office 365, Intune, DHCP, DNS, and general system administration
- Familiarity with networking and infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, cabling, and patch management
- Understanding of storage technologies, network troubleshooting, and general IT infrastructure
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration, Azure Cloud Services, and database administration is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.
