Junior Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Review applications, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms to filter out unqualified candidates and identify strong potential matches
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in the position, ensuring they meet the job requirements before passing them on to senior recruiters
- Organize and maintain candidate profiles in recruitment systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient process
- Work closely with senior recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process, offering support with administrative tasks as needed
Junior Recruiter Requirements:
- Some experience with screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and utilizing LinkedIn and other tools to source and engage candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Ability to quickly assess large volumes of applications and focus on key qualifications that match the firm's hiring needs.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate with candidates and hiring managers, both via email and phone.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, especially when coordinating schedules for interviews.
- Willing to collaborate and assist senior recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
