Key Accounts Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, providing support and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order management, customer service and pricing analysis
- Utilize Excel to generate pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to track sales performance and client trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services and products
- Oversee various administrative functions such as managing emails, handling order processing and supporting leadership with travel arrangements
Key Accounts Coordinator Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales or account management within the chemical manufacturing or automotive industry
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Acumatica and Salesforce, with solid experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Highly organized, analytical and adaptable to changing priorities. A confident communicator with a positive and proactive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates with relevant experience will be considered
