The Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities for key accounts. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Accounts Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Coordinate and manage order processing, delivery schedules and inventory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Monitor and report on key account performance and metrics
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives
Key Accounts Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business chemistry or related field
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role
- 5+ years of experience in chemical sales or other related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
