Graduate Roles Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and clients via phone, chat, and email in a dynamic support role.

Graduate Roles Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (graduating soon or recently graduated—internships count!)
- Some previous work or internship experience in any professional setting
- A positive, go-getter attitude and a love for learning new skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Excel, CRM software, or social media tools (a plus but not required!)
