Learning & Development Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions to support employee learning and skill development
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and communication for training programs
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify training priorities and customize content
- Promote learning opportunities and ensure employees are aware of available resources
- Manage SuccessFactors LMS to assign courses, track progress, and resolve issues
Learning & Development Coordinator Requirements:
- Background in learning and development, training coordination, or HR
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience working with SuccessFactors LMS or similar systems
- Enthusiasm for fostering a culture of learning and employee growth
