Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, conduct market surveys, and handle various aspects of leasing, including showing and moving in prospective community members
- Provide daily updates of unit availability
- Process rental applications and maintenance requests, and managing collections
- Oversee 3 sites in the WI area
- Monday- Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Leasing Consultant Requirements:
- Property Management Experience (not required but preferred)
- Administrative or accounting experience
- Customer Service and communication skills
