- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Manage data support tasks for new hires
- Maintain employee paper files and update employee information in HRIS
- Assist with the planning and organization of events
Legal Development and Education Assistant Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Proficiency in data management and Excel
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
