LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading insurance organization based in the Western Chicagoland suburbs in hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager. This Marketing Analytics Manager will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaign performance, primarily across email and direct mail channels. The Marketing Analytics Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, data, and strategy teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.

Marketing Analytics Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics across email and direct mail channels to drive marketing effectiveness
  • Build dashboards and reports to communicate campaign insights, trends, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to inform decision-making and improve campaign results
  • Use advanced querying and statistical tools to extract and manipulate large datasets
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns
  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to support data-driven marketing strategies

Marketing Analytics Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role
  • Proven experience analyzing direct mail and email marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in SQL and working within large-scale data environments (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Python or R preferred
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite per week)
