Our clients are looking for versatile and motivated Marketing Specialists to support the marketing efforts within their organization. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing teams of these respective clients to implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns and coordinate various marketing activities. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to work across different industries and target audiences.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
- Identify effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms for relaying product messages to customers
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics
- Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present recommendations to management
- Establish and maintain client relationships through networking and prospecting
- Assist with outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization and content development
Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with experience in a multi-company or agency setting being a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various target audiences and industries
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design
