LaSalle Network has partnered with a prominent managed service provider in their search for a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise and data center wide voice and data network solutions that align with the architecture and business models to achieve optimal solutions for our client and their customers.
Network Engineer Responsibilities:
- Utilizes prior experience to effectively organize and define work in complex or unclear situations
- Provides consultation, training and knowledge sharing to colleagues
- Contributes actively to the domain body of knowledge and is recognized as an expert
- Offers expert consultation and training on various technical, development or account-related projects
- Provides progressive leadership and technical consultation on multiple complex or critical projects
- Utilizes technical expertise on high-priority projects and processes
- Directs product strategy for a product family and conducts client and market research
- Develops product business plans, roadmaps, user stories and requirements
- Establishes and manages quarterly OKR's for product family
- Collaborates with engineering and delivery teams to align product strategy and requirements
- Assists in creating pricing strategies and monitors product fitness based on financial and client satisfaction metrics
- Conducts competitive analysis and monitors business and technology trends
Network Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Knowledge of competitive landscape from business and technical perspectives
- Desired certifications: Six Sigma, Business Analyst, BPM
