Network Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a detailed migration plan to transition our network infrastructure from Cisco to Juniper
- Conduct thorough assessments of our current network setup to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement
- Design and implement Juniper-based solutions to enhance network performance and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition process and minimize downtime
- Provide training and support to junior engineers and IT staff on Juniper technologies and best practices
Network Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Professional certifications in Juniper technologies (e.g. JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Juniper technologies
- Proven experience leading large-scale network migrations and projects
- Strong knowledge of VPN protocols and technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
