Oracle Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and developers to design and implement enhancements to Oracle ERP (12.1.3)
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Create and maintain detailed technical specification documents for development teams
- Ensure that the Oracle system meets business needs by designing solutions that align with functional requirements
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely execution of tasks
- Facilitate problem-solving and issue resolution during the development process
- Conduct system testing and coordinate with QA to ensure functionality and quality
Oracle Business Analyst Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Oracle 12.1.3 ERP modules, especially in supply chain, sales operations, and order management
- In-depth knowledge of EDIs (855, 860) and their integration with Oracle
- Strong ability to create technical specification documents and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, QA, developers)
- Experience working in Agile or similar development environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables within a fast-paced environment.
- Remote work experience preferred
